  • Shaped like a "gangly giraffe" or "a beanstalk" (tall and wiry)

  • Belt buckle is golden with an etching of Sermos City Hall on it

Character Notes:

  • Covers deep, entrenched black and purple circles under his eyes with foundation
  • Gets only about 3-5 hours of sleep a night
  • Works ~80 hours a week

Library Notes:

  • Library is a towering 4-story structure with gothic architecture and a rock garden in the back, its centerpiece an artifical tree that doubles as a smog filter.
  • Its windows are barred, but the massive columns on its front are covered in painted murals depicting the diversity and cultures of Sermos.
  • Serves as a library, a daycare center, a night school, and a homeless shelter.
  • Has heavy signs of restoration, but if one looks closely, the interior is still a bit run down and there are faint scorch marks on the outside stone.
  • The Historic Sermos Downtown Public Library was originally built centuries ago back when resources were still plentiful, but as the resource crisis took off, it struggled to operate for several decades more before its funding dried up and it fell into disrepair, looted and ransacked of all of its contents, and set on fire three times
  • When Kenneth was elected as president of the Sermos Historical Society, he made the organization's top project the restoration of the library, but couldn't obtain a permit to do so from the city council because of its location being "unfit for development." So he ran for city council. And won.
  • The library is located in Sermos's 5th ward, effectively the city's "slums," with the highest rates of poverty, crime, gang activity, and disease.
