Rashinban

Sozo's unfortunate assistant, who has taken up Sozo's role in all but name. Rashinban manages the entire teleporting system, everything that goes on in the Immortal Isles in general, and is basically the single driving force that keeps the realm from falling apart entirely.

Rashinban's origins are rather mysterious. His appearance can't be tied to any existing Yutopian races, but he certainly isn't human either, and he is the sole being in Yutopia with the ability to control space and time. Of course there were some people curious and determined to find out what the deal was with him, but once it was rather firmly established that he wasn't interested in revealing anything about himself, and with even Sozo complying with his desires to not divulge anything, things had to just be left there. Nowadays most simply accept his existence without much question. Truthfully, Rashinban was simply a desperate attempt from Caelestis at a countermeasure to Sozo's failure as a leader. While technically Rashinban met Sozo before he went rogue, this was because the timeline where Sozo left Yutopia completely unprotected and unmaintained was a complete disaster, and as time is much more flexible in the realm of fiction, Caelestis had them meet beforehand so as to avoid the disaster entirely.

Rashinban's main usage of his space abilities is for the sake of Yutopians being able to travel though various teleportation stops, but he also uses it for more mundane things such as arriving instantly at a meeting he would otherwise be late for, or sorting documents more efficiently. He mostly uses the time abilities for restoring objects and locations to a previous point in time, and isn't capable of rewinding time or restoring anything back to life regardless. Unlike other Yutopians, Rashinban's existence is of a more subtle nature, and he is completely incapable of entering the material realm.
