a fountain of chaotic energy on legs. "Black" is definitely not his real surname. is he actually 22? nobody knows. having sacrificed his soul, Oscar won't die or age unless his patron decides he will. not a man of few words and will complicate answers to piss people off. he can be surprisingly helpful if you get on his good side, though. Oscar has no qualms about murder (since he has a pretty easy time getting away with it).
dared into a pact by some bullies in high school, Oscar quickly acquired an untouchable status when his peers realized this guy was not to be screwed with under any circumstances. he 'fights' by opening portals into aberration universes or even other patrons' realms, letting unspeakable creatures pop out and visit the mortal plane. usually just the sight of them or what's inside the portals immobilizes his opponents.
his tattoos cover almost half of his body and change shapes whenever he uses magic.
it's not entirely know what Oscar is capable of. his magic has no particular purpose, taking shape into whatever he needs it to. however, some of his more high-end abilities include mass-mind control and scorching entire buildings to their frame.
