Vladimir is a back alley doctor with "amazing" healing talents. Many come to him seeking not only remedies but guidance also. He's cocky and thinks he's better than everyone, ESPECIALLY other doctors. Although he is great at his job, he doesnt always use legitimate practices, Whatever gets to the job done and done well, he will use at his exspense. Even though he goes about saying he's the best doctor there is, he really isnt. He makes mistakes just like anyone else, except he's so full of his own delusions he brushes them off as the fault of others.

People pay a high price for his time and medicine. Wheather it be through money or in exchange for being his test subject for various experiments, he's willing to work around your budget (somewhat). A lot of his medicine is just random concoctions he sells to them for a high price, the placebo effect is an amazing thing afterall! He is charismatic enough to sell just about anything to his loyal patients.

So many people are wooed by his charismatic ways and his medical "abilities", that a group of people formed a cult in his honor, beliving him to be a prophet for an almighty being. He thinks their a bunch of phonies but plays it up to help in the mignyan agenda, and to get more money out of them! They believe his glass eye is real and the mark of a higher power (he tells everyone its a rare eye condition but dont let that fool you)

Once a month he chooses a random cult member to be "cleansed" when in reality he has them infected by mignyan crabs behind the scenes. Everyone wants to be the next chosen one, so he has them become the best version of themselves they can be! so they can become perfect hosts for his mignyan comrades.

his personality is cocky and extremly charismatic. A bit eccentric and weird too. If he wants something he has no problem getting it with a few words and a promise here or there. Wants you to buy his weird medicine and let him run tests on you? simple! Wants you to pool in 100k for the cause? easy! Become his loyal cult subject and work for him until the day you finally become chosen to be the next cleansed? you betchya

Before he was infected, vlads host was just as good as a doctor as he is now, vlad didnt want just ANY old doctor, he wanted the best doctor (but not as good as him, obviously) Crawling in through the hospital vents and launching into him in the break room, he casually went about his day like nothing happened.

Only after awhile, his fellow coworkers started to notice his persistent cockyness and refusal to let anyone else work with him grow stronger and more noticable over time. They started to hate and avoid him. But he didnt care! they where all below him anyways. They summed it all up to the power getting to his head. Once vlad started to use unsafe practices and the many, many attempts at swindling more money out of his patients, they revoked his doctors lisence and kicked him out. So he made his own buissness, a place where only he made the rules.
