Melusine de la Florenzini

A bard who almost definitely has histrionic personality disorder.

Well, at least she makes the rest of the party laugh with her antics.

Melusine craves acceptance above anything else, which can be a tall order in a world that's been quick to write her off for her obviously inhuman appearance and impulsive behavior. Playing the clown seems to be the easiest way to get people to like or at least tolerate her, and she's been leaning into it extra hard ever since she started adventuring with her current band of comrades, since they refuse to take her as seriously as she takes herself. She's a bit easily distracted by a pretty face (saying "hello" to an NPC in a suitably thirstful tone will provoke a chorus of "MELUSINE" from everyone else) and takes pride in her long list of conquests and paramours. Her introductory episode for the campaign was her crashing a wedding reception, seducing the bride and whisking her away for the night, then fleeing the city guard the following morning via rooftop chase. Exciting times.

Having an affinity for demonic-tainted magic and an education that wobbles between wizard and bard has given Melusine a great versatility with spells; bards in 13th Age have the option to soft-multiclass with other caster types and that means Lulu here can cast Fireball, much to the chagrin of other party members. Her other primary weapons are her hurdy-gurdy, her rapier, and her charm, though the effectiveness of that last one can vary wildly.
