Changeling Queen Calypso

The queen Calypso didn't start off as a merpony variant. She lived on the southern continent building her colony from scratch and eventually fighting with a neighboring changeling for territory. She defeated them and devoured them becoming even more infamous and powerful. After finding peace from combining both territories, she made the decision she would like to claim the entire southern continent for herself and her kind.

She has defeated 1 changeling colony, 2 pony kingdoms. However her last conquer damaged her resources and even herself. She has retreated to secret places to recover and hasn't been seen in like... 20 years... Yes she is old, oldest we have reference for is 300 years. But she never mentions her age.

Currently: Queen Calypso has accidentally found another kingdom while she was resting! The kingdom of the seaponies / hippocampi. She decided to slip in and check it out herself with her transformation powers. They have all sorts of magic and wonderful artifacts, it would be a lovely addition to her collection. So she's spent the last 20 some years infiltrating the seapony kingdom and replacing their royalty with changelings. They are getting closer and closer to finishing the job.
