Northeast of the Directors | they/them

Northeast is the classy and wordly Psychopomp of Vampires. They are sophisticated, aloof and passive. Northeast is very deliberate, and rarely makes a move without extensive calculation. They can be judgmental of other species, believing Vampires to be the most cultured and noble race because of their long lives and connection to the human world. But Northeast can be just as ruthless and dangerous as any blood-lusty Vampire out there when the situation becomes dire, and their instincts can sometimes overpower their reason. Not to mention that a certain new recruit among the Directors has the ability to innocently push Northeast's buttons at the worst times...

As a Psychopomp, Northeast has control over the northeast wind and can travel around the world instantaneously. Their cigarette holder is also their scythe, which is made of smoke and smoldering flames. They can use the gemstone on their cravat to cloak themself from other Vampires, while they are ordinarily invisible to any other race. Because they aren't a true Vampire anymore, they don't need to drink blood anymore, and aren't weak to sunlight, although they prefer darkness out of habit.

As a Vampire, Northeast's slim physique disguises their preternatural strength and agility. They have a strong sense of smell and hearing. Northeast can increase their charisma at will and appear charming and irresistable, but it's a skill they rarely use as a Psychopomp, because dead Vampires - being undead creatures - are incapable of putting up a fight.

At their best, Northeast is strategic, graceful and knowlegable. At their worst they are quick to judge, irritable and closed off from others.
