    Otis is a merman fairy that usually likes to hang around gardens on a rainy day when he's in a more public area, when he's not out there he's usually deep in a forest with other merpeople faries, where they live at a pond that is as big as a lake to them. But that doesn't stop him from doing a prank or two, no matter where he goes. Ever since he was little kid, he enjoyed playing pranks on those around him: Friends, Family, even random people (though that is very rare. But he prefers to do light hearted pranks and tricks, though if he goes too far, he will often beg for forgiveness, often going on his "knees" and bowing. Other than that, he tends to have a more playful nature with a bit of energy whenever something he likes is mentioned.
