first i gotta say, i looooove his design! i personally think browns and pinks go amazing together, and affine's design definitely shows this! just... a super aesthetically pleasing character, and that's from design alone.
even though a magnitude frag, i still find it interesting that he went off on his own, instead of joining the tightly-knit group :0 i always dig the concept of gods and god-like entities seeking company amongst mortals and otherwise, even if in affine's case, theyre... less than morally upholding. affine's loneliness really brings out a lot in him, it's hard to explain but he isn't just lonely, it's down to the core of his very being. and like the rest of your characters from numbers, it's all incredibly well laid out and well written and it engaging to read!
words are kind of failing me right now but i really admire numbers and how much detail you put into it, and affine is no different!! it really and truly does feel like it's a world you can get super immersed in!
