Vari, one of the boldest toskals you will ever meet. He's got a sharp tongue and has a seemingly endless supply of 'observations' to make. Unwilling to back down to anyone, even his superiors, with a fierce protective nature to accompany. Some theorize he was stationed as a head patroller souly so they wouldn't have to deal with him nipping at their heals as often. But he's good at his job, and works hard to keep the tribe safe.
