Eisaku Izumi

Eisaku Izumi is a chuuni of sorts, claiming constantly to be an eldritch beast from the Outer Realms - come to observe humanity in it's final moments before he awakens. Wearing an air of... poorly-created mystery, he attempts to use his mystique to convince the masses. But quite frankly, he's only really "intimidating" before he opens his mouth.

In actuality, Eisaku is an android which loves to help people he comes across, even if in a haughty manner, or claiming it to be some means to an end. He's quite smart, just... not the best when it comes to social interactions - and so the chuuni act it is!
