History

Due to Rahl's "Unusual apperence" he was feared. Very rarely some squids were brave enough to approach and get to know him but none stayed long. He was a complete loner, even without a family due to the great flood separating them.

During his first years on land he learned that the only way to be accepted without question among the inklings was to completely cover-up. He dressed in full armour and applied to Turf War eventually moving to ranked and gaining a name for himself "Tidalwave".

One day after a battle he was taking off his armour and Koi spotted him. At first, they both stood there in complete shock and silence but after a second Koi burst into a smile and still with shock in their voice said: "You're not an inkling either?! I thought I was the only one!". The rest is basically history, Rahl eventually got the courage to show his true self to the other inklings. The response to this was probably helped by his reputation in ranked and the octos being more accepted at this time.

Species Information

Glass Squids aren't all too common to come by fully evolved with control over both forms since when the great flood happened they didn't go for the surface but instead stayed in the deep ocean and may even have been unaware of its occurrence. Being a glass squid this most notably makes his arms transparent and and his skin tone slightly pale and tinted the colour of his current ink colour. He has slight (not the best) night vision, he plays better at night but can play during the day.
