Neil is a space boy!!

He is autistic, full of joy and cuteness!! He is a fan of Yoshi. He may not talk too much but you can always tell what he wants to communicate. Is really caring for others even if it seen to not care, he is paying you attention. If you did a promise with him, he will not forget and will make you keep it. 

Likes to make trades, can found almost everything you ask but he want something too, is a mystery where he found them.

Appearance

He is a small Beagle dog boy. Has white short wavy/curly hair with three green stripes (one like a stick). Green/Dark brown eyes. The helmet is join to the collar. His paws are green.

His general design is inspired on a frog, space and my brother.
