Aika lives with her father in the beta clan, due to her mother being a phi and being on the road mostly, Aika mostly grew up with standards akin to the norms of Beta culture. Aika grew up with a sense of pride in her work, as her father showed her how to carve handmade toys from hand since age 7. Aika despite her age, is extremely skilled in woodwork, and most of the toys in her father's store are her own work.

Despite these achievements, Aika is not a very serious person! Although she has the skill to make furniture, and in the shop there are indeed children's stools for sale, but Aika genuinely prefers handmade toy crafting more than finer artisan works. She loves toys! She can make cushions for chairs and pillows, but she is trying to improve on her sewing for other things likes teddy bears and plush toys. Aika tries very hard to stay within Beta's refined culture, despite her fun loving attitude and general overly cheery personality, and will spend hours trying to refine her skills, or improve on the things she is not skilled in, such as her messy hand writing!

Aika often will talk to her mother on webcam apps, her mother throughout the years has taught her how to play the guitar. Another skill Aika takes with extreme pride. She practices by herself so she can show her mother whenever they are on call.
