Saint
Overview
SAINT is a complicated condundrum, first and presumably last of her kind-- she's an AI program running in a crash test dummy fused with a fallen angel. She calls herself a mech to make it simpler for everyone else.
She's a strong-willed and charismatic individual, known for being smart, fierce, and nonchalant. She's too much for a lot of people-- too intense, and too quick to resort to violence-- but she cares deeply about those she allies herself with, and she keeps her promises.
She's open-minded, hard to ruffle, and meets everything head-on. Not much-- if anything-- intimidates her.
Saint is also part of an infamous gang, Tophet's Teeth. Most believe she's the recruiter and scout. She's actually the founder of the gang, and by far the most powerful member. Surprise! She pretends to be nothing more than a smooth-talking sneak who vanishes at the first hint of trouble to protect everyone else-- her strength is too overwhelming for anything less than the world ending. However, all the top brass (subtly) defer to her for major decisions, because she's the one they owe their lives to. Her leadership is obscured to prevent the collateral damage targeting her would cause.
Deal of a lifetime right here. I can give you everything you're missing: money, power, love, safety. Choice. The will to live. There's always a catch, though; things like us know. Nothing's free.

Saint has big metal chains hanging off her arms, so she does have a habit of fidgeting with the chainlinks, or shaking her arms to rattle them. She's also a chainsmoker. There's a port she can stick cigarettes into under her chin. She tries (in vain) to hide her smoking from those who know her; it's a guilty habit she just hasn't been able to kick. She cracks a lot of jokes when she's in a good mood, which is often, and she tries to put other people at ease with these jokes, to varying success.
Saint's got a way with words-- there's a good reason she's the recruiter for Tophet's Teeth-- but this means she knows how to say what she means, not that she's polite about it. She doesn't like to mince words, so she isn't always the most tactful with how she talks to people. Saint is straightforward, and she isn't unkind, but she doesn't shy away from the truth, no matter how ugly.
Saint's love language is easily acts of service. She is devoted to anyone who ties themselves to her, and anything they ask of her will be done. Words of praise come easy enough to her, but she's not one for sugarcoating or overplaying her hand, so she only gives compliments when she really means it.

- There's a scare eye in Saint's stomach! It gets more visible the worse she's feeling.

- If Saint wears clothing, it's always loose-fitting. Think oversized streetwear; that's typically her go-to.

Scarecrow is a much-needed counterbalance to Saint's head-first approach to situations. While both Saint and Scarecrow are unflappable, Saint burns hot and impulsive with a lackadaisy attitude people can't pierce, while Scarecrow is simply no-nonsense. The head of Tophet's Teeth is icy, logical, and cautious. The two seem to butt heads often-- Saint makes many remarks that Scarecrow seems to take without comment, but Saint, despite her grumblings, does typically bend to Scarecrow's orders ...though that should be expected given their positions in the gang.
Scarecrow is also rather indulgent with Saint, given their positions-- Scarecrow sits at the top of the organization, and Saint is at the bottom, yet Scarecrow always hears Saint's opinion on everything-- but the gang's inner workings are a mystery to outsiders anyway. If asked, Scarecrow would respond that Saint's constant (hypothetical) ear to the ground provides invaluable perspective.
Their relationship makes much more sense if you know Saint is not Scarecrow's subordinate-- if anything, Scarecrow is Saint's, and Scarecrow is utterly devoted to Saint. Saint's casual jabs towards Scarecrow are not signs of disrespect, but actually attempts by Saint to convey they're equals, though Scarecrow refuses to accept this. Given their ruse, Scarecrow has to play the boss, but Scarecrow holds Saint in very high regard.
