Husky

Husky is a general studies student at UA 

His quirk is called Mermaid, hes able to breath underwater as well as grow a fish tail at any point. His tail lasts up to 3 hours before he reverts back. His gills on his neck are sensitive to wind and dirt in the air, so he wears a choker made out of a material that stays wet for a while. He always needs to be hydrated or hes super weak.
