Garee

A quiet, but determined and gentle character. She mostly keeps to herself, and easily brushes off people who try to get close to her, but does try to be kind. She doesn't often get angry, but when she is, she is ruthless. She can use magic, including telekinesis and teleportation. She is about three and a half feet tall, and her "hair," head, and arms look to be made of some kind of watery liquid.
