Philby

A magician who can control weather! He tends to be less able to control it when his emotions are out of control, and this often ends him up in trouble. He does his best to be self-controlled, but can't help being short-tempered. He did accidentally burn a village down, which landed him in his local town prison, and into his 21 jump... suit. Philby is energetic, enthusiastic, and fun, but he is also brash, quick-to-act, and impatient.
