Power: can summon ghosts. Each ghost someone’s has a different appearance, acessory, size. Any accessory on is always the same color as the top hat. The ghosts are always white, with black eyes. He can also turn into a little ghost to move past difficult obstacles, or hide easily. He can also pass through walls, yknow, typical ghost stuff
Important stuff about him (highlighted parts represent the most important stuff. Underlined parts are just minor important stuff)
- Can hover around, but is really slow
- Hides stuff in his top hat. His top hat is like an infinite void. (Mostly hides gems,hats, and candy)
- Mouth is located on his neck fur tuff. It protects his charm (a ghost plush) located in the same spot.
- The neck mouth and Vespers mouth are the same color pallet
- The ball thing in the middle of Vespers collar/scarf thing is a big gemstone. The colours are just the shine of the gem
- Doesn't speak much, but can still speak.
