Ceres and the other girls are neutral to her... she seems like she is evil, but in truth she is a being of Law. The living tendrils of her hair can grab onto a wrongdoer and entrap them for eternity, eventually swallowing them into a void that they cannot escape. Her nickname is "Verworren", meaning "muddled" or "tangled"... in some instances, it can even mean "confused". Because even if her hair isn't physically trapping her victim, just the mere sight of her glowing red eyes can plague a person's thoughts and dreams for eternity. She is mated to Havok, but can also be seen running around with Decay from time to time. She doesn't exactly have any friends, but Shep seems to tolerate her.
