Phoebe was just a regular house cat, rescued off the streets by Claire as a kitten... Until a spell was cast on her, giving her a walking and talking form! She is very quirky and sassy, and loves to judge humans for their dumb behaviors. She loves her human, Claire, will happily destroy the rest of the world and anybody who threatens them with her sharp claws!
