Phoebe was born on August 11th in Alexandria, Virginia, along with her half-sister, Penny. Soon after birth, it was clear who their fathers were. Her sister's light blue and white tabby markings revealed her father as National Harbor, much to her mother, Alex's, joy. On the other hand, Phoebe was the spitting image of Alex, save for her black patches of fur, clearly marking her as Washington DC's child. Alex loves both of her children, but Penny is a lot less worry for her than Phoebe, at least where her brother, Richie, is concerned. He and DC have a long and complicated history, and Alex dreads the day Richie will find out Phoebe's father, but at least with Penny she can be at ease.
