  Abby is a student at the Academy for the Arcane Youth, a wizard school teaching young wizards how to use their magic. She's currently in her 2nd year of studying at this school. While there, she met her two good friends, Cody Jadebreath and Lindsey Iceweaver, along with her girlfriend, Shannon Mythcrafter. She's among a group of students who live at the school even over the summer because they don't have anywhere else to go. She's been learning the art of dark magic while at the school, and her talent for dark magic and fighting has caught the eye of a few suspicious individuals.

  Abby is a pretty easy-going person most of the time. She has a pretty severe case of depression, but you'd never notice with how well she hides it behind her smile. Most people like her because she's excitable and happy. She has a bad habit of holding grudges for far longer than necessary. She prefers to sit events out rather than be in the middle of them, unless it benefits her in some way. She's mostly motivated by fun and her girlfriend. She's so laid back, her grades often suffer. She struggles to keep her grades above a D or C-, which is purely for lack of trying. She's not willing to put in the effort.

• Backstory

  She grew up in a homophobic household and she internalized a lot of that homophobia. When she ended up getting a crush on Shannon, who very obviously had a crush on her too, she couldn't accept it. It took a lot of work on both their ends to get her to finally let go of that and allow herself to start dating. They spent the rest of the school year together. However, Shannon had told her mom about their relationship. She had been so excited for her daughter, she went to Abby's parents unaware that they were homophobic and asked about Abby. They found out the two were dating, and the moment Abby tried to go back home, she was kicked out. Angry at Shannon and her mom, and with nowhere else to go, she took her broom and flew back to the school. The first person to help her out was Joe Smith, and because of that Abby got attached to him. The whole incident unfortunately left her with trust issues, and all the relationships she had made were strained and still are.

She often wears a beanie-like purple hat, a knee length black and red dress, black leggings, and black and red boots.
