Alicia has pretty much grown up on ships her whole life, and works as a smuggler to transport goods between countries. She's a hell of a sweetheart, and often serves to distract border guards from finding the illegal cargo they have on the ship.
Despite her occupation, she's still a very trusting person. She likes to think the best of people, or try to be the bigger person in conflicts, but it's not that hard for her to lose patience with someone if she's upset.
She's sort of an angry crier, and she tears up reallly easily, Not that she wants to though, as she feels like she's weak for doing so.
She uses her magic quite passively, to charm or confuse other people into listening to her. Sometimes she's not even aware of doing so, but it's not that big of a deal to her if she gets something out of it. A part of her still wants to learn how to control it though. She's currently able to (very weakly) control water, but that's about it.
When Jade took over the local mafia, she met up with Alicia's boss to discuss new arrangements. Alicia later on found out Jade's magical prowess, and she begged jade to teach her some magic. Jade refused, but handed her off to Scarlett and Leon.
She eventually ends up dating Leon, much to Jade's chagrin.
