Jett

It’s hard not to notice Jett. She attracts attention with her deliberately out-there dress and loud opinions that go against the grain. There’s a reason why people look at her, although the reactions are varied from adoration to hatred. Jett’s totally fine with the mixed reactions because it gets people to look at her and what she stands for.

Despite the many rumors milling around about her, though, Jett is a genuinely nice person. She adores people and wants only the best for them. That’s why she has such radical ideas - she believes that the current system is terrible for modern people. Beyond a change in system, however, Jett is also the kind of person who will stop and help an old lady across the street or let a kid touch her spikey jacket because she likes people.

Jett is a very energetic woman. She is the kind of person who doesn’t ever stop doing things and just simply can’t sit still. On stage, Jett is able to channel that energy to improve both her and the rest of her band’s performance. In formal settings, however, she feels stifled (although she’s perfectly capable of keeping herself controlled, she desperately wants to move)

Unfortunately, Jett has a terrible habit of forgetting things. She needs to write basically everything down in order to remember important names and dates and things. It took her a while to get this system set, though, so for a very long time she’d accidentally forget important things that would get her into trouble. Even now, it still happens every once in a while.

Of course, all of the wonderful things that Jett does for other people hide her need to be in the spotlight. Obviously, she’s reasonable enough to know that the universe doesn’t revolve around her. But boy does she wish it did! There’s a hidden reason to why she’s so loud, and it’s because she desperately wants attention.

Jett was born in the Outlands to a very impoverished family. It wasn’t a particularly nice life when it came to material goods, but she had a huge community of family and friends who all cared about her. Thankfully, this community was also extremely supportive of her transition.

Armed with her love of community, Jett was inspired to do a lot of activism to make life better for the people in her community. Of course, she was also in love with music, so joining forces with her best friend Styx and forming a band seemed like a perfect way to do that.

Jett was never lucky with romance. None of her relationships ever lasted past 6 months - perhaps the women she was attracted to weren’t willing to put up with her energy or something. Although Jett would’ve liked to fall in love, she’s fine being single because she has such a wonderful found family with Styx and Argyle.

Currently, Jett is trying to organize a revolution, or at least a series of protests to get things in the government changed. She’s doing her best, and it seems to be going well so far...
