A captain of an elite privateer fleet onboard the vessel known as Scylla. Rhys rules with an iron fist, taking no foul business from her crew nor those she has come to better know as her enemies. Serving primarily for the Empress, Rhys works to fend off enemy fleets from neighbouring countries, even if it garners going through underhanded or unscrupulous means.

Cold-hearted and sharp-witted, Rhys is a foreboding captain who commands respect and demands that her word be law. It came as a surprise to her crewmates when she managed to win over the attention of Empress Decima; it seems the Empress has been able to break through Rhys’s carefully guarded heart. Oftentimes, she allows her wife to accompany her crew on sailing routes – but Decima would prefer to be on land, where her legs are sturdy and unbothered.
