Kleo has literally no idea about either Pokémon training or battling strategy. Because of her being the weakest card in the deck, her teammates never let her enter a battle alone. But that of course won't stop her confident ass. In fact, she always finds herself in a great danger, dragging her teammates into trouble in almost every mission.
She works at the company's engineering department. Her main job is to provide tools & machines for her colleagues, to be used in illegal ways of capturing Pokémon. Because of her being totally useless in Pokémon battles she seldomly gets assigned for a mission and not every member is happy to see her in their team. She usually teams up with Chel, Sapph or Amelia; since apparently they're the only ones who can bear her awful humor and failures.
Despite the fact that she hasn't been able to evolve a single Pokémon, her biggest dream is to have her own mighty Gyarados army, making her the strongest Pokémon trainer ever. Her greed is indescribable, such that there is not enough power and money in this world to satisfy her.
