About
Jørn grew up in the snowy kingdom of Baroque with both of his parents. He was and still is rather close with them. Unfortunately, when Jørn was six years of age we was attacked and bitten by a werewolf while he was playing in the woods, not in eyesight of his father. His father managed to defend Jørn and himself from the beast and they barely escaped with their lives. From this attack, Jørn contracted permanent lycanthropy. He learned to control the powers as time went on and luckily his parents helped him through it. Jørn can turn into werewolf at will, however he saves it for dire situations as the transformation puts a massive strain on him physically.
When Jørn turned eighteen years of age he was drafted into Baroque's military as there was a war beginning with a rival nation. The King of Baroque, King Fandaar, quickly realized Jørn's power since he was a werewolf and Jørn became the personal guard of King Fandaar's daughter. Jørn protected the infant princess who's name was Cicily with his life. During his years as a soldier, Jørn was met face to face with a forest troll, and the creature scratched his face during the battle they had. Jørn lost his sight in his left eye. The war lasted about ten years, and Baroque came out of the war as a very prosperous nation, welcoming of people of all races and classes. Jørn was retired at thirty years of age and since then has picked up a life of drinking with his old soldier friends and reminising in the good old days.Jørn is a humble man who still follows the Baroque soldier's code of honor even though he has been retired for years. He developed a connection with animals ever since he contracted lyconthropy and remembers to honor the animals who died before every meal he has. Jørn often runs errands for King Frandaar and his daughter despite his retirement from being a soldier as he has the utmost respect for his King.
Appearance
Jørn has shoulder length black hair that is half pulled back. His right eye is green while his left eye is white with scars that line it vertically due to an attack from a troll. He paints red warpant over the scars to remind himself to stay proud of the battles he has won. He usually has a beard grown out during the coldest months in Baroque. Jørn wears a fur skin around his shoulders and over his brown, black, or blue tunic to keep him warm in the very cold kingdom, around his waist is a leather belt where he keeps his war axe and where he keeps his money pouch. He wears tan or grey pants. His arms are protected by leather gloves and boots have fur in them and they are also wrapped in steel armor. He is roughly six foot and four inches tall and he is very muscular.

King Frandaar
Jørn was noticed by King Frandaar because of his ability to transform into a werewolf. Jørn greatly helped the King during the years of war in Baroque, so much so that King Frandaar trust Jørn with bith his own life as well as his daughter's.
Z'ress Ithilwen
Jørn met Z'ress after she was caught committing petty thievery in Baroque. King Frandaar, as punishment for her misdeeds, sentenced Z'ress to run an errand for her with Jørn as her companion. The two had to protect Princess Cicily on her way to a neighboring nation. Despite not getting along at first, the two became friends.
