Damien is a criminal specializing in stealing the highest quality goods. He's a very well known persona, but also impossible to catch because he's perfected his (escape) skills, specifically his agility and speed, being able to fly faster than most Meowls.

He has people he constantly hires to sell the goods for him, especially if it involves some more riskier materials, so he's almost never seen around the Black Market. He's very sly, and also really likes pissing people off for fun.
