Friendly, Personable, Excited, Dorky, Fatherly, Responsible, Push-over,

Tori is mature and responsible, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have a big childish side. Tori is a former police detective but moved from that position for many reasons (personal and work-related). Now he works for the administration of the city. He does his work well, but it's boring and quiet work sitting at the town hall all day filing paper work. So when he sees his old pals come in, he gets very excited. He'll look for any excuse to stop work for a while and pry in his old co-workers' business. He doesn't do field work anymore. He used to when he was younger was then promoted to work higher up in administration. He tries to find excuses to visit the local station for work, whether it's to visit his colleagues or check up on what's going on down there. It's more interesting than working with the stuffy people down at the main building. 

He loves people and is very confident when it comes to befriending people. He doesn't give it another thought. Romantic pursuits are another story though. He is easily flustered, but he does make attempts at flirting, but they all come off as cheesy pick up lines, and then he feels so embarrassed afterwards! He tries to be suave, but he's just not. He's not easily flustered until he gets very flustered after trying to make a good impression but messes up because he's thinking about it too much. He has a lot of confidence and doesn't get easily embarrassed because he's so used to embarrassing others instead (not that he's aware that he does this).

Tori used to be a delinquent while he was in school, but that was many years ago.  But he's always been far too kind to actually do more than act out a few times. He really just liked to hang out with his buddies who convinced him that it would be cool to fuck around and be rebellious, but he soon grew out of that phase just before graduation.

• Karoke! He's a pretty good singer
• Cats! He's a crazy old cat man: has like 3 cats the he adores, one is big and fluffy, one is old and grouchy, and one is a little kitten 
• Likes to sit around his house naked after a busy day
• Sweets! He has such a weakness for candy / sugar / desserts
• Coming up with nicknames! (For everybody!)
  • some people think it's because he forgets names easily, but he actually has a very good memory for names and faces

• Tori can be spelled: Tory / Tori / or Torie (he has no preference as its more of a verbal nickname than a formal one)
• Only lets messes build up when he's tired / busy
• He's only slightly sleazy ;)
