Calamari is kind and wears her heart on her sleeve, shes the legal guardian to her little sister kero, and usually spends her time doing everything she can to make sure kero grows up in a stable home. just like her sister, calamari is extremely empathetic and treats everyone around her with love and respect, even if sometimes they dont deserve it. calamari is often seen as a motherly figure by the people around her, and currently works at a elementary school as a teacher. calamari has been keros legal guardian since she was about 18 after their parents decided they no longer wanted to care for them both and abandoned them. calamari struggled for a long time to be where they're at, working multiple jobs just to have food on the table, but eventually everything worked out, and they currently live in a small apartment in ridge city. calamari never told kero the full truth about their parents, and currently doesnt ever plan to, but how long will that lie keep up before the truth reveals itself?
