Flare [WOF AU]

Personality
Flare is a fairly obnoxious and talkative skywing/nightwing hybrid. She can be fairly overwhelming to others, and doesn't work well with others.
She hates attention not being on her and gets frustrated easily.
She gets fairly annoyed if someone mistakes her for her brother, it's obvious she's not him, can't they see the tear shaped nightwing scales near her eyes?

Background
Flare was born alongside Harrier, in one egg. Her side of the egg was facing the full moon (Harrier inside was..conveniently, not exposed to any moonlight) thus she inherited nightwing powers. She has a younger sibling, Soot, with no nightwing or skywing powers, and was raised in the Skywing kingdom with her mother, Crimson.
She eventually joins Crimson's rebellion against Skywing kingdom, and eventually all kingdoms of Prryhia.
As a dragon that looks mostly like a skywing, with nightwing mindreading powers, she proves to be a powerful asset to Crimson's armies.

-Harrier is her identical twin, designs are basically the same except for her nightwing teardrop scales
-has a mix of skywing/nightwing anatomy
