Catastrophe sticks to Seif Al-Qamar like a bad smell, and if you hang around him long enough you’ll start to stink like it too

Equally at home with the blood under his nails and among the pages of complex arcanima formulas, Seif is a walking hand grenade of thrice-healed scabs and hopeless romanticism. He toes a rusted knife edge between an open, bleeding wound where his heart should be, and a bone-deep need to belong somewhere. A man that would risk his life to save yours with the same tongue that butterflies your rib cage with a calm and thorough vivisection of your failures of where you went wrong as a person. Both heaven and hell didn't want him, and now it's everyone else's problem.

The Warrior of Light, a staple of the Twin Adder’s red otter elite combat unit, and Carteneau veteran, Serpent Commander Al-Qamar is a font military wisdom, and is on the bleeding edge of formalizing arcanima theory. Commander Al-Qamar can also be conducting classes in Limsa Lominsa’s arcanist guild, as well as tutoring children in mathematics and leading adult literacy courses.

Seif is as much a compassionate, bleeding heart as he is a walking mass of bad temper, irritable attitude, and troublesome background. His capacity for empathy outweighs his social difficulties, with a profound sense of honor and care for other people’s safety. The moral compass he holds himself to is an unwavering one, and the personal commandments he follows remains a constant reminder of what he stands for and where his passions take him. No matter what, Seif Al-Qamar has always striven to do good, and there is no man nor creature nor God that could ever change that. He may easily come off as terribly rude given his disdain for injust systems and rules, and perhaps the only reason his mouth hasn't gotten him killed yet is that the powers at be are enamored with his audacity.
