Nolios is extremely apathetic. They're emotionally closed off, deadened like nerve-endings cut loose and left to heal with burnt scarred edges. Nolios's seen pristine perfect worlds and timelines. He's see the worst. They've seen everything in between. Their morality isn't corrupt because they don't really have one. Sentient lives pass by in the blink of an eye for them and they are fundamentally animals to him -- less than that, they're flecks of dust -- who cares what they do to each other? They're not his responsibility.

Nolios has no real concept of gender outside of knowing that certain bits of anatomy allow for reproduction. He's been through so many universes that he doesn't bother to keep up with what means what -- and yes, he could just know that if he wants to, but he doesn't. Why do they need a bunch of useless knowledge? It doesn't interest them.

The only thing that motivates Nolios is curiosity and boredom. They peruse timelines like people do pages of books in a book store so if something as a whole does interest him he could look at every possible way it plays out before moving on. Existence is entertainment for him, he only stays in one place long enough to satiate his interest before moving on. They are lonely -- or they would be if they knew what loneliness felt like, but they've always been alone, there is no comparison.

While Nolios is a deity or a god, they don't need people to believe in them to exist. They've always been there. They'll always be there. Death cannot hold them. There are other deities, but none that even compare in levels of power to them. They usually control planets and he passes through universes and timelines at whim. They're the "ants" where humans are flecks of dust. There are some deities that are stronger (they can control the entire universe/that timeline only), but not many and they don't interact much. They're more like "people" where he's still "god" in comparison to them. Nolios could smite all of them out of existence if he wanted to, but why bother? It's not worth the effort.

Nolios controls space in all manners of speaking. They can literally warp reality if they want to. He can travel through dimensions, universes, and timelines. They can create live or destroy entire timelines as easily as they flit through them. Nolios is really, truly, all-powerful. He's a passive observer, someone who sits at the sidelines and doesn't do more than give a sentient species as a whole a nudge when it looks like they're going to burn themselves out. He has a strict "no contact" policy. What makes them interesting is that for all their power, they refuse to use it for anything outside of entertaining themself.

He's so strong that none can sense his presence. It's too vast, it's beyond their senses. Nolios doesn't even have an actual concrete form. They're energy and their natural state is fundamentally invisible. You can't see it any more than you can see a particle. They're literally everywhere all at once. They can be bigger then a planet or smaller than a molecule if they want to be. It takes virtually no effort for them to create a form everything and nothing all at once, they base it on whatever species they happen to be fixated on in the moment.
