Magician lifetaker is a type of magician who can take life from a living person and give it to a dead person or an inanimate object. They have lots of eyes in order to see the remaining lifetime of their "victims" (for them to know if they are worth "killing" or not). Once the life is taken, it cannot be given back to the individual who it was taken from, a person can only accept a foreign life. When the life is given, there is a completely new personality created, it is not the same person anymore. Nathaniel is an old, intelligent, strict, but kind Siberian husky. He is the most powerful type of all the mages, thus he is always taken seriously. He likes to read, learn new things and visit balls for rich people. On the other hand, he enjoys helping the poor. He often wanders through the dark streets of the city and seeks the homeless, starving and dying people. (When he was younger, he was a soldier. Then he lost his hand in the war and became really upset because he could not help anyone anymore. He started having depressive walks through the city. He saw all of the starving homeless people and thought that they are the ones who need help here, not the rich magicians he was supposed to protect.) If he sees that the individual will not die soon and is suffering a lot, he either tries to help them (if it is possible), or takes life from them. But if the person is close to death, he lets them die naturally. He does not like to take life from anyone, therefore he tries to avoid it as much as possible. Because of that, he owns a rescue centre. One day, while he was walking through the streets at night, he came across a dying fennec fox named Zachary. He was watching him helping people in the past so he saw an opportunity. He saved his life and decided to make him his "personal assistant", therefore giving him a job and taking care of him.
