ABOUT
"You have come so far, and yet you still have so far to go. Keep striving for more."
Pincushion is a chaotic creature who loves calmity just for the fun of it. She's a goofball and loves to make those she cares about smile, whether that be by cracking a joke, giving them gifts, or something else. They can be incredibly sweet, but they also have a dark and morbid sense of humor, leaving to some conflicting ideas; only certain people can really enjoy their company. They're an affectionate bully, as they only really bully the people they're close with. While they can be incredibly anxious, particularly in large social settings with unfamiliar people, they're super outgoing and random with friends.
Pinny considers their past self a monster. Someone who had no idea that they were hurting others by manipulating and guilting. But times have changed- Pinny isn't the evil beast he used to be. While he still struggles with his humanity and what it means to be a person, he has grown tremendously. He can now face the creatures he once was afraid of that used to overtake him, and he can control his emotions better than ever before.

- his hair is split down the middle, and the part that falls over his nose is brown. the dark brown of his hair is different from the other browns he has in his fur
- her tag can literally have anything on it, i usually draw a 666 on it or leave it blank but it's whatever you want!
- can be drawn wearing whatever for anthro/human forms, general style is emo/dark academia
BACKGROUND
YOUTH
Pinny doesn't have many memories of her childhood. He knows he was a tempermental and anxious child, often fretting about something no matter how big or small, and getting incredibly pissed when something he wanted didn't happen. They definitely dealt with a lot of undiagnosed issues that erupted on account of how controlling and sometimes even harsh his parents were, but they were also very loved as a kid, so there is a lot of conflict there. They fought with their siblings a lot, didn't have many close friends, and really only found comfort in playing with their toys and creating stories with them.
TEENS
Unstable conditions in their childhood lead to Pinny being an asshole of a teenager. Still unsure of themself and their place in the world, they became far more pickly and hard to be around. It was difficult for them to find friends who they stuck with due to this outwardly harsh behavior, and they were pretty lonely because of it. Even when they did find people, they often pushed them away due to their temperment. Those who stuck with them dealt with extremely unregulated obsessive and selfish behavior... which caused a lot of friendships and relationships to end in flames. This is where Nightmare was created, a personification of all of the worst parts of Pinny, and yet she didn't even know it until much later. She never really understood the ramifications and consequences of her actions and thus hurt a lot of people and acted out of turn, which she still regrets deeply.
ADULTHOOD
In growing up, Pinny has evened out and become a more level-headed person. They've gained control of their emotions and made amends with many of the people who they hurt, and overall has finally become a much more likable person. While they still struggle with their fair share of issues, they're far more approachable and less of a cringe, asshole freak. Although life has thrown it's hardest at Pinny, he has really tried his best to recover and become a stable, somewhat healthy individual. They care deeply about other people and want to make things right in the world, for now they're finally understanding themself and what it means to be them.
RELATIONSHIPS
Pinny and Marcie are both dating and best friends. Meant to cause chaos together, their bond is practically unrivaled. They're inseperable, doing a lot of things together because they both can truly be themselves around eachother. Pinny certainly has some attachment issues when it comes to Marcie, but is working to overcome them so their friendship can be unstoppable!
Pinny and Nat are very close! Good friends, they enjoy being silly together, joking about the most random of things. Pinny associates Nat with the color pink and lesbians, which honestly makes a lot of sense. Loves to play fortnite and hang out with her, mel, and vic!
Pinny and Vic are super close! They both deal with similar issues and connect in a lot of different ways. They share similar views about the world, and are always cheering one another on. They adore playing fortnite and calling with him, nat, and mel!
It's not often that Pinny and Mel talk one on one, but when they do, it's always a blast! Usually, they interact in group settings, but sometimes send memes to one another. They get along well despite Mel's timidness! Pinny likes to compare Mel to a jerboa or kangaroo rat.
Red and Pinny are chill friends! Red is probably the most normal creature Pinny has ever met, and he lowkey takes an interest in them due to that. But they get along nicely! Pinny connects to their monstrous appearance.
Thistle is literally just some guy. Just a rabbit in a hoodie. Pinny lowkey wants to eat him. Can get annoyed by him sometimes but thinks he's chill!
Pinny wants to pick natsona up by their scruff and never let them down. Wants to aggressively shake them around but lovingly. Loves them in an aggressive way, and cares for them like a younger sibling that he's responsible for. He really wishes he could see her more often.

TRIVIA
- Some of the most prominent issues throughout Pinny's life can be explained away by a combination of bpd, autism, and anxiety/depression. it makes a lot of sense in the long run, looking back, and thats even why Nightmare exists.
- Despite being a sheep, pinny gets mistaken as a goat a lot due to the horns on her head. However, the horns actually come from the demonic part of her, not the sheep genetics!
- He is always tired, no matter how much sleep he gets or how good/bad it was. God forbid he lay down for a single second and close his eyes, he's done for- sleep takes him away. It's not that he falls asleep easily, he is just constantly so exhausted.
- Pinny was created as a sketch doodle on a random page in highschool! Little did I know he was going to become so incredibly important to me, my best sona I have ever head.
