Blood witches can turn small or large part of their body into blood. They can also manipulate their blood with great precision sush as hardening it, making temporary blades or whips out of it. Covent of Venus withes do have a slight ability to control other people's blood but not nearly aswell, it might wok better if the target is a direct relative however. These witches can also do most regular spell-based and spellfree magic as well as summoning like any other witch, They don't necesarilly need a wand (especially not for blood related tricks) but it enhance their capabilities and just make spells more easier to cast precisely.
