Personality

Moth is a fairly laid back creature, most of the time. Their lifestyle doesn't call for much in terms of stress or discipline, but don't let this fool you into thinking they are not alert and skilled when they need to be. Be it instinct or anxiety, Moth is always incredibly aware of their surroundings, and can pick up on things many would not. Because of this, they are quick to become overwhelmed by the sensations surrounding them, and will need a disproportionate amount of time resting after every encounter or outing.

In friendships and relationships, Moth is sensitive to the feelings of others, and is quick to absorb them, much to their own dismay. They will do their best to be of use, even on days where their energy is at a low point. The may prefer to dampen issues with humor and exaggerations, but are also capable of heartfelt advice, all depending on their energy levels. They prefer to spend time with only one or two people at once, and will quickly tire if there are more. They're fairly undemanding in their relationships, so much so it might become a problem later on.

Despite their general mellow demeanor, Moth is prone to wildly fluctuating emotions. They may be quick to lash out, and find it easier and less demanding to react with anger rather than sadness. They're very emotional, and can have unexpectedly dramatic reactions to small things, either in a positive or negative way. Despite this, they are still a very fun-loving and positive creature, and will find humor in almost anything. Moth has a passion for good food and art, and will nearly always be pursuing some kind of creative relief.

Voice

Moth's voice is fairly androgynous, usually resting in a neutral or barely masculine range. They're capable of going deeper, but not much higher without voice cracks. Both forms are capable of human speech, and their voice keeps the same pitch across them both. Their laughter usually sounds more like a screech than a laugh.

Physical (feral)

Moth is a hefty creature. They have a wide and robust body, covered in a thick, fluffy coat. Their torso is fairly long, with four powerful front legs, two of them slightly smaller. Their front shoulders protrude past the dip where their neck and chest meets. All front legs have 4 joints, their general structure similar to that of a horse, but far shorter and thicker. Moving down, their large chest leads to a plump belly, and hind legs with the same strength and thickness as the rest of them. All legs have big paws; 4 toes on all of them, as well as a small thumb on all front legs. Their fairly flat back trails down to a wide, long tail, always curling up over their back. Topping this all off is their equally as strong, "S"-shaped neck, that when stretched out reaches nearly the same length as their torso. Genitals are internal.

They have a square-shaped head, with a long muzzle ending in a strong jaw, with a fairly smooth transition to their forehead. They have a small, rounded nose, and a relatively small, downturned mouth. Their fur gets longer along their jaw and chin. Their tongue is cat-like, although thicker, ending in a slight split. They have long, thin ears with thick fur. Starting a bit above their eyes, are three small horns running along their head, ending where the ears do. Bordering them are two larger horns with a gnarled texture. These horns protrude just a bit upwards, before curving around to the sides, then dipping inwards towards eachother. These horns fade gradually from a dark, rich brown into orange around the halfway point. Their eyes's sclera is a dark gray, with a saturated light pink iris and small, long pupils. Surrounding their eyes on both sides, are one of their few rigid patterns; mirrored on both sides.

Moth's fur differs wildly in length, while always keeping a smooth transition between lengths. Most of their face and ears have short fur, before trailing into longer fur on the back and front of their neck. The neck's sides are fluffy as well, but not quite as much. Most of their shoulders and back have short fur, which gradually gets longer the further down towards the chest and stomach you get. Their limbs follow the same pattern, getting fluffier around the joints. The fur on their tail starts off fairly short where it meets their back, but the rest of it is fluffier than most of their body.

Their base coat is a gradient made up of three different pinks. The darkest shade starts on their forehead, trailing down their whole back and tail, as well as the outside of their shoulders and thighs. On the oposite end is the lightest pink, which follows their whole underside, stretching out to meet the darker shade. Noteable lighter spots are around their eyes, chin and cheeks, as well as elbows and ankles. Layered over the base, are large, irregular stripes. While all markings follow a general pattern, take note of the following, which are constant: face, shoulders, thighs, tail tip, wrists. Most stripes will not extend past the sides, with one exception being a thin, faded stripe going around the stomach. The markings on the front legs below the shoulder, as well as calves and back feet all loop around the whole limb. The same goes for the tail. The markings fade out slightly around the lighter spots in their coat. All their toes have a slightly darker brown, so does their tail tip. Their claws and pawpads share the same color as their horns. Their flesh is fairly close to the color of their irises.

Physical (anthro)

Moth's anthro form keeps much of their feral form's general look, with a few key differences. Most noticeably their arms, which do not retain their number of joints, and instead take on a more common humanoid appearance. While not on the level of their feral form, their arms are still fairly thick. Their hands, while possessing opposable thumbs, have fairly short, paw-like fingers. Their neck is also much shorter here, and many spots have shorter fur. Their legs retain much of their general structure, but are by default more stretched out. Their torso comes off as a bit too long for their legs, because of their arms. This form is just as chubby, maybe even more noticably so because of their bipedal form. Their chest has 8 nipples(optional!), and defined but soft pectoral muscles, not obstructed by fur. Their tail in this form is also carried curled up, but is more prone to straightening a bit due to gravity. Their colors and markings are essentially the same.

While not necessary, Moth will often wear loose fitting clothing in this form. They seem less preoccupied with being covered, and more with adding some interest to their look as they go about their day. Items like shawls, scarves, and jewellery are most common, but they also sometimes dip into more fitted pieces like skirts and shirts. As long as they're loose and allow them to move around perfectly, they will consider it. Tops should be sleeveless, with one big hole for both arms! Thinner materials are also preferred, as their fur does a great job at regulating heat already.

Romance and sex

Unless stated elsewhere, Moth is not in a monogamous (or any other) relationship, but will still seek out connections that will satiate that need, without necessarily "going official". They are prone to queerplatonic relationship, and will most prefer them over set romantic/sexual partner(s). This does not keep them from getting down however, and they are open to almost anything with anyone they know well(usually) and who shows interest. Moth is very loving towards their friends, and it could be easy for an outsider to mistake their friendships for relationships.

In regards to sexuality, Moth is open to a lot. While technically a verse, they definitely prefer bottoming. Their only visible genitals is a vague slit, but they have what I like to call a "mystery slit", with genitals that are not set in stone. Their slit can be penetrated, or contain something which may penetrate, sometimes both.
