Sarina Savidge is one of the main characters in the series Shining Lights Pretty Cure (owned by ThePokemonLover) and is one of the main Cures in the group. Her Pretty Cure ego is Cure Omega. Sarina has a habit of quoting memes: Some of her most notable ones are “Guess I’ll die,” “Oh worm?” and “It really be like that.” Sarina also quotes vines and popular sayings by her favorite YouTubers, such as “What a zinger,” (Fitz) and “Bruh moment” (Pyrocynical). Despite her constantly cursing, whenever someone else says something that isn’t child-friendly (sometimes; most of the time she doesn’t care), she says, “Come on, we’re trying to get monetized here!” (even though it isn’t a YouTube video).

PERSONALITY

Outside of her Cure Omega alter ego, Sarina lives the life of a normal 15-year-old junior high school student (9th grade). She has a friendly, unprofessional, affectionate nature with a clever mind. Although Sarina can be fast at coming up with strategies and talking about things she enjoys, she is the personification of a buffering video when asked a question. She enjoys working with and organizing the efforts of others, but sometimes, a lack of confidence, indecisiveness, and even idleness can spoil her initiatives.

However, Sarina depends on others for support and encouragement. Appreciating quality and knowing the value of money, she desires to be financially successful and to enjoy life’s comforts. Sarina wants to make money in easier ways than through arduous work. Due to this, she doesn’t mind her data entry job, as it’s relatively easy to do. Sarina loves aesthetics and bases her fashion and bedroom off of Tumblr posts.

She’s organized when it comes to everything but her room. Sarina is extremely self-aware, almost to a fault - she knows the base of her problems and criticizes herself often. Due to this, she puts up an arrogant front but reveals her insecurities when the time comes. Sarina stutters when excited and is well-composed and flirty around everyone, even her crushes. She has a crush on Shi but always denies it, skillful at lying. Sarina is on the academy’s girls' varsity tennis team.

She is shown to be left-handed, as well as heterosexual. Although Sarina is empathic for most people, she can be extremely apathetic at times and downcast. She does care for friends but doesn’t want to put herself in danger, causing her to hesitate when it comes to the Pretty Cure mantle. Ultimately, she joins the team because she wants to test out her powers to a dangerous capacity, showing off for her own enjoyment. Over time, she learns to tone down the damage but is still wary of the responsibility.
