He gets away with this by virtue of being the baby of his family, and his mother's favorite. One bad word out of his mouth can place a temporary embargo on entire colonies or kingdoms as punishment. His low focus on work ethic also enables him to act out through hedonistic behavior and by just being fucking lazy. He exploits, bullies, or forces others into accomplishing tasks for his benefit or entertainment. In addition, he also focuses heavily on his public appearance and sense of style. He accomplishes this through meticulous grooming and his reputation for turning romantic encounters into dramatic bloodbaths (that someone else always has to clean up.)
Dante is probably one of the most ill tempered firstborns alive, he is not a character to be crossed as he holds grudges indefinitely and is very meticulous about exacting revenge. He has a tendency to tease people in order to embarrass them publicly, often making remarks about their face or body, or on gossip that he probably fabricated himself. He's extremely sexually active but actually has very little interest in being touched or even acknowledged by his partner, and would rather focus his attention on them for the purpose of grooming or humiliating them. Feminine people tend to receive his affections, because he feels kinship with them, but masculine people are generally the victims of his worst harassment and are far more likely to be killed or maimed by him.
His personality is subject to a lot of fluctuating, but overall he is generally very cool and composed on the surface, but is prone to fits of rage and hysterical tantrums. He is deeply untrustworthy and cares little for his own well being, believing himself to be somewhat invincible.
