Charity was created right around the time that I created Valor -- maybe a little bit before as far as a concept, but officially designed a few months after he was in 2010. I liked Gardevoir before I liked Gallade but I went with the latter as a main team member, and slowly developed her alongside him when I diecde they'd be a couple (yes, as cliche as their relationship is it felt right for them and they still remain a favorite ship, but I digress...). Charity's my favorite though I rarely draw or use her as much as I'd like.
When I first deisgn her, I'm not entirely sure why I ended up making her mute in most verses for her (see full bio), aside from fact that I thought mute characters were neat, and I wanted to give it a try. granted she's aided a bit with knowing telepathy, but even then it made a different with the way she interacted with others, including Valor. She went thru a decent amount of development in UBF, but as most of it has been nulled for her current story, she's sort of been reset as well, aside from her prior key relationships.
Charity's been recently introduced her to Pokemon Amie alongside the other characters I use there. I've pretty confident that it'd be a good opportunity to develop her more, both with Valor and as an individual as well.
On that note I'm actually... really rusty with writing as Charity atm, at least on her own. She speaks in a mannerly tone and when I first wrote her it was a clear contrast with how Valor behaved/spoke, but she still came pretty easily. I think the next time I do anything with her it'll be a bit of a learn curve to get used to her "voice" again, and to contrast it from the character I've made since such as Cass.
Charity's design hasn't change too much aside from small adjustments in her default outfit, and her key physical traits include:
Scarlet red eyes; light green hair (wavy and shoulder-length); ectomorph; pierced ear lobes, often wears white earrings; wears a Soothe Bell choker.
