Demon Abilities
Dian is a holy demon, which means he can manipulate light. With varying intensity, he can emmit light, in order to for example illuminate a path in the dark or flash others, to blind them temporary. He's also capable of healing others, however compared to his other powers and his own body regeneration, those are rather weak and cost him a lot of stamina, depending on how severe the injury/sickness is. After he got bonded he learned how to create a shield of light, that reminds a bit of a snail house. So far it can only take very few hits before it shatters into sparkles.
Appearance
His look is mostly based on the one of a sea slug mainly this one:
Beneath his eyes he got some scales like the one of a fish. He got pale skin, the front of his torso is translucent and his organs glow.

On a stormy night long time ago a kindhearted fisherman named Tirta, got lost at sea. He almost gave up finding his way back until a light sphere seemingly appeared out of nowhere. Usually you'd be suspicious, but the sphere seemed to emit something so warm and reasurring, the man couldn't help, but follow. Safely he was guided back to the harbor and once the fisher reached the shore, he spotted a young girl unconcious by the water. He took her in and since she had no memory, the fisherman gave her the name Dian and raised her like his own daughter. The Will-o'-Wisp happily lived alongside the man, assisting him with the cores around the house. One day when Dian was doing the laundry, one of the clothes she was hanging up was caught by a gust of wind. Dian chased after it and when he caught up with it, she found herself lost in a forest. Unable to find her way out, she started to lose track of time. In a while humans made their way through, but when Dian thought she'd see one, they seemed to already have disappeared in the next moment, making her wonder whether those were illusions or maybe ghosts. Eventually she noticed a couple that didn't disappear. As she tried to approach them, hopeful to maybe finally make her way out of this forest, she witnessed the man trying to force himself on the women. Upset and fearful for the woman Dian created a sphere, that dangled infront of the man's nose, behind the women's back and drew the attention of the man towards Dian. As soon as she successfully got the man to let go of the woman and follow her instead, she lead him deeper into the forest, where wolves had their home. It wasn't until the wolves tore the molester apart, the Will-O'-Wisp realized what she did. Certainly she wanted to help that woman, but end this man's life? That wasn't her intention. In shock she just tried to get as far away from the body as she could. Eventually she managed to exit the forest and ended up in Gravesend.
