Appearance

Clair is a lavender and silver-purple maned wolf. As such, she has a pronounced ruff of fur going down her back. She had deep purple eyes. Her upper chest, back and paws are lavender while the most of her torso and limbs are silver-purple.

She wears a large dark teal and purple blanket scarf with faded white clouds. She wears two brass bracers inlaid with a purple gemstone in them on her forepaws. She wears simple brass earrings.

Personality

Clair is quiet and withdrawn. To others, she appears overly prim and proper which had given her a reputation of smugness, which couldn’t be farther from the truth. She tends to follow what she is told as she rarely strikes out by her own. She doesn’t show her emotions openly often, coming off as cold. However, those close to her, say she is warm and friendly, if a little quiet. She prefers to listen most often.

History

Clair and her family used to live in Purris until her father ran away to live a more glamorous life than that of a father, something she secretly resents him for. In a bid to get away, her mother moved them to the outskirts, a more naturalistic locale than the city itself. There they met Agatha and her family, who helped them immensely. Agatha herself befriended Clair, wanting to break her from her shell somewhat. At first, Clair was irritated by this but grew fond of her. Fond enough to show her her abilities which prompted Agatha to show hers in turn.

News traveled fast and Luckystar visited, initially only to see of Agatha’s abilities. Clair, however, showed her powers too, unwilling to let her friend go on this journey herself. From there, they went to Starreacher’s, to prepare for whatever disaster may come.

Skills

As the Mind Knight, Clair displays a wide potential of use of the Mind element, not hindered by one single ability. Her magical reserves are also seemingly endless. She is the most innately skilled of the Knights and uses her abilities to confirm the Knights that come after her. Her bracers allow her to control the power she uses at any given time.

• Clair was first conceived in 2012 as a cat but was changed to a maned wolf in 2015.
• Clair’s name is a pun on the word “clairvoyance”.
