Personality
River is, like his best friend Zeph, optimistic and friendly, though River is more calm and thoughtful.
However, like his best friend, River has a tendency to procrastinate. He also tends to daydream a lot, and is often so deep into a daydream that he pays no attention to his surroundings whatsoever. This has caused him to trip over or bump into something or someone on several occassions...
Backstory
River has been friends with Zeph for as long as he can remember, and the two have spent many summers together down at the beach in the town they live in.
One day, while the two were at the beach they met a certain mermaid, who they soon became friends with and begun spending lots of time with.
However, recently River has begun to develop a crush on Opal, but is unaware that not only has his best friend also started to develop feelings for her, but Opal herself has a crush on both of them...
