Personality
Zeph is cheerful and energetic, as well as very optimistic and friendly.
However, he can be a little naive and too trusting of others. He also has a tendency to procrastinate, often doing things like spending time with his friends and swimming instead of things like homework.
Backstory
Zeph has been friends with River for as long as he can remember, and the two have spent many summers together down at the beach in the town they live in.
One day, while the two were at the beach they met a certain mermaid, who they soon became friends with and begun spending lots of time with.
However, recently Zeph has begun to develop a crush on Opal, but is unaware that not only has his best friend also started to develop feelings for her, but Opal herself has a crush on both of them.
