Lok-E is a fox/horse hybrid from Cosmosis. He has Chaos magic, and loves to pull pranks on others. Due to his chaotic nature he can be a bit misunderstood at times, but he's not all that bad (mostly). His best friend is Starry, they grew up together and she was the only person to really understand him. He has an adopted little sister named Sugar, who lost her parents when she was very young. Despite being a horse/fox hybrid, there are dragons somewhere in his bloodline (hence the horns, and his ability to control and conjure green fire). He enjoys playing tricks on others, eating cake, and hanging out with his little sister. He secretly has a crush on Rina, but is too shy to admit it.
