Abilities
Trained in witchcraft since she was 4 years old. Special talent for magically influencing how people perceive her. Furthermore her magical abilities include tracking, stealth, concealment and protective abilities. For fighting she has to resort to physical means.
Received formal training to be a police agent, specialized in the supernatural. She investigates crimes involving non-supernaturals, and makes sure the right measures are taken to protect the supernatural community from exposure, while keeping the non-supernaturals from the harm supernatural activities can do. Also, she makes sure new supernaturals are given proper aid.
Magical abilities are negatively affected when she's heavily distracted.

Personality
Playfull and bubbly, Kaylee is always seeking out new experiences. She messy and unorganised. She loves trying out new hobbies, partying and dating, and she is rarely found at home. She's quick to like someone and knows a lot of people. She is an enthusiastic and loud talker, but she can be very observant and tactful if she has to be. She is impulsive, emotional and sensitive to criticsm.
History
While she had a full social life, and was very active, Kaylee struggled to keep up at school. She had problems concentrating. For her school work, she leaned heavily on her twin sister, Raina. She never confided in anyone else because she didn't want to let them down, but she knew Raina would always be there for her. She got engaged with a non-supernatural when she was 17, but when he started making plans to live together she ran away. She ran to the only person she ever trusted: Raina, who, by then, lived in a nearby city. Raina took her in. Kaylee also dropped out of school and found a job as a waitress, determined to create a life she wanted instead of listening to other people. The changes she made, as well as the fact that she started partying hard, created a rift between her and her parents. After a few months Raina took her to an event at her school, and Kaylee liked it there so much that she started going there, as well. By now she has a job, her own apartment and a busy and fulfilling life.
What she's looking for in a roleplay
She has a special thing for men/women who are different in some way, because they are interesting and beautiful to her. Clingy types scare her off and she will overpower insecure and shy characters.
