Erene

A draconic oracle who sees signs in the smallest of things, Erene is rarely taken seriously. Of course, her constantly preaching doomsday and rather inappropriate choice of clothing doesn’t exactly endear her to others. 

It was clear from a young age that Erene was different in some way. She’d look at something seemingly mundane, such as a pattern of fallen leaves or the pools of water from rain, and make a non-sequitur statement which wound up coming true in some form. Once that was known, she gained a ”fan club” of sorts: everyone in her village wanted to hear her predictions, and she was constantly mobbed by followers. Not being one for social interaction or social norms, she packed up and left as soon as she could support herself. 

After spending so much time alone in the wilderness, contemplating the many signs she sees around her, Erene has gained a dour sort of personality. She also struggles to re-integrate back into society, both human and dragon, and by most standards her practical, calculated reactions are seen as rude. She definitely understands sarcasm, though, and could easily be considered one of the most deadpan.

She is the current incarnation of the dragon-god Ahodai, who was defeated by Sanavon and sealed away on Earth. Unlike most of the incarnations, she distinctly remembers everything from her past lives, which contributes to her sour outlook on life. When she is channeling one of her past lives, her eyes turn a single shade of light blue.
