Phoebe

Phoebe runs a stall at the farmer's market, selling on fruit she buys from the rural areas. A post-transition trans woman, she is estranged from her parents, but has significantly better relations with her aunt, Mason. Once a week she delivers some of her produce to Mason to use at Caffeine Lover, any that isn't likely to last much longer and will go unsold. Even if she sells enough to make a good profit, she almost always ends up with a fair amount of excess, and would rather see it used than go to waste. She speaks with the same thick cockney accent as her aunt, and has a similarly unpolished demeanour. She isn't what anyone would call a people person, preferring to keep to herself. She has a good business sense, and knows a good deal when she sees one - or makes one. Quite perceptive, she doesn't miss much.
