Galladon is the son of Jaime and Brienne, and twin brother of Arthur. He's a rule-follower at heart, but can easily be convinced to go on just about any ridiculous adventures pretty easily. He's definitely a people-pleaser, and has a hard time saying no, even when his best judgement says he should.
